Parkside Dental Surgery in Dubbo operates with a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means we need patients who are unable to keep to their scheduled appointment to let us know at least 24 hours before. We are a busy practice and stress the importance of your reserved time with the dental clinician.
The 24-hour cancellation policy allows us ample time to fill the opening with another patient who is waiting for treatment.
Where a dental appointment is missed and where 24 hours’ notice is not provided, a fee of $100 will apply prior to any further appointmnets being booked.
